Line Editing

Line editing improves the quality, clarity, and effectiveness of the writing.

Focusing on the craft at the sentence and paragraph level, my goal is to strengthen your voice while preserving its uniqueness, improve readability, and ensure the prose is engaging, compelling, and polished. 

During a line edit, I examine the flow, rhythm, tone, word choice, and emotional impact of your prose. I may suggest revisions to the following:
